Cheese Sandwich

I was shocked (okay, pleasantly pleased) to discover that the cheese sandwich I bought today contains a staggering 450 calories. That's way more than the ham and mustard sandwich I go for (and the cheese sandwich contains less salt), and a lot more than a can of Heinz baked beans with pork sausages. No wonder Tania is finding cheese to be a terrible weakness.

Aha so cheese is the secret to Tania's heart?! ;-) Not seen a post from her in ages. :-(
Possibly my fault, she's either been posting on my LJ account (some of the private posts get cross-posted, I try to make sure the majority of posts remain on here though) or we've been chatting over MSN. Plus I believe she's back at work now, so is only online in the evenings.
I found out last night that Sarah also thinks you have to butter the toast before you pour baked beans (and pork sausages) over it.

That is just common sense isn't it? After all, toast is just too dry without butter.
No no no, if you butter the toast before adding the beans it goes really soggy! And cheese is bad, evil and wrong, but I just can't resist it if it's in the fridge. :(
Weirdo :P of course you butter the bread before adding the beans!
